Your celebration at Sunstone Villa calls for a sophisticated, timeless approach that honors the natural beauty of the California coast. With 180 guests gathering to witness your love story, every detail must be thoughtfully orchestrated to create an experience that feels both intimate and breathtaking.
Our full-service approach begins with understanding your story and aesthetic preferences, then translates that vision into every element of your celebration. We manage the entire planning journey from engagement to honeymoon departure.
Working with California’s premier floral ateliers, we will design installations that transform Sunstone Villa into a setting that takes your guests’ breath away. Every botanical element will be curated to complement your chosen palette.
For 180 guests, we design a seamless journey from invitation to farewell. This includes welcome gift curation, transportation coordination, dietary accommodation planning, and day-of guest experience management.
From ceremony musicians through reception entertainment and lighting design, we curate and manage every production element. This includes sound engineering, lighting design that evolves throughout the evening, and specialty entertainment.
Phase 1 — Foundation (12–10 months out): Vision development, vendor team assembly, venue walk-throughs, save-the-date coordination.
Phase 2 — Design Development (9–6 months out): Design concept finalization, invitation suite, menu development, entertainment booking.
Phase 3 — Refinement (5–2 months out): Final vendor confirmations, timeline construction, guest experience detailing, rehearsal planning.
Phase 4 — Execution (Final month through wedding day): Final walk-throughs, rehearsal coordination, day-of management with full planning team on-site.
